What you’ll do:
- Ensure the smooth flow of our deliveries
- Communicate in real-time with Couriers, Stores, and Customers via chat and phone
- Provide feedback on the process and how it can be improved
This is a working-from-home position for a full-time member.
What we would like to see:
- An excellent relationship with technology
- A very good level of English and Greek is required
