The company Delivery Hero (Cyprus) Ltd, also known as Foody, which is based on 88 Macedonia street in Latsia (HE369772), organizes a giveaway entitled “FOODYVERSITY”. The giveaway is open to all university students residing in Cyprus.
Giveaway Description:
In the framework of the “FOODYVERSITY” giveaway, a total of 13 gifts will be drawn on December 1, 2021.
Foodyversity Gifts:
- Cover the rent for 9 months for one winner (up to 350 € per month)
- Cover the food of one winner for 1 year (365 coupons worth € 5 each)
- Two PlayStation 5, offered by Bionic
- An iPhone 13, offered by Bionic
- A Galaxy S21, offered by Bionic
- 20 coupons for Foody Market worth €100 each
- Five cards for a Netflix annual subscription
- 10 coupons for Bionic worth €50 each, offered by Bionic
- An HP Notebook 14S laptop, offered by Bionic
- 50 Foodyversity Kits
- Four Paintball coupons, offered by Paintball Cyprus
- Five LaserTag coupons, offered by Lasertron
- Five Escape Room coupons, offered by Escape the Room

Right to Participate:
The Giveaway is open to all users of the site www.foody.com.cy as long as they reside in Cyprus and are currently University students and holders of University student identity from a public or private educational institution or recognized leisure.
The giveaway excludes all members of the administration and employees of the organizing company as well as their relatives, first and second degree.
The organizing company may at any stage of the giveaway request legalization documents confirming the validity of the participation in accordance with the above terms, in whole or in isolation.
Participation Process & Gift Delivery:
To enter the draw go to foody.com.cy or to the Foody app, and proceed normally with an order. On the checkout page before sending the order to the store, tick the Foodyversity box and confirm that “I am studying at the University and I want to take part in Foodyversity”.
Every 1 order on Foody, in any store, counts as 1 entry to the giveaway. The more orders (during the giveaway) the more entries you will have.
The winners of the draw will be announced on 01/12/2021 on the Foody blog, but also on the Foody pages on Facebook and Instagram. All winners will be notified by personal email from the Foody team.
All draws will be made using an Electronic Random Selection Mechanism.
If the winner of the giveaway is not able to be identified within 5 working days, the organising company has the right to proceed and nominate a new winner using the same process as mentioned above. No liability shall lie with the organising company in cases where the winner cannot be located in time due to incorrect information which the user himself declared when his account was created.
The gift shall be personal, shall not be transferred or exchanged, assigned to related persons or third parties, nor replaced with any other gift.
Intellectual Property and Personal Data Rights:
By participating in the giveaway you agree that all the participants’ copyright for the purpose of the giveaway is vested in Foody and can be used for marketing purposes (photography, name announcement, etc.) within one year without any prior consultation.
By participating in the giveaway you agree to and fully accept all the terms and conditions of the giveaway described above.
By participating in the Giveaway each participant shall expressly declare and accept that its personal information has been collected and used by the Organiser for processing by means of automated or non-automated means either by itself or by any other person appointed by the Organiser to carry out such processing under mandate and for its account under this Agreement. The personal details of the winner in the Giveaway, in their capacity as such, will be retained by the Organiser and used exclusively for the purposes of the Giveaway. In any case, the participants’ personal data will be kept in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of PersonalData – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament (GDPR).
