Foody x Spotify

To Foody συνεργάζεται με το Spotify στα πλαίσια της συνεργασίας “Foody x Spotify” (στο εξής καλούμενη και ως η “προσφορά” ή “καμπάνια”) για να προσφέρει στους Χρήστες του δωρεάν συνδρομή Spotify Premium. 

Οι χρήστες του Foody θα λάβουν στο ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο τους, το οποίο είναι συνδεδεμένο με τον λογαριασμό τους στο Foody, έναν μοναδικό κωδικό, τον οποίο μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν στον ειδικό σύνδεσμο του Spotify για να ενεργοποιήσουν τη δωρεάν συνδρομή στο Spotify Premium.

1. Κάθε Χρήστης του Foody, ο οποίος διατηρεί ενεργή συνδρομητική υπηρεσία στο Foody (“Foody Pro”), με την εξαργύρωση του κωδικού, θα δικαιούται τρεις (3) μήνες δωρεάν συνδρομή στο Spotify Premium.  
2. Κάθε Χρήστης του Foody, o οποίος διατηρεί ενεργό λογαριασμό στο Foody μέχρι και την 18/02/2026 και δεν διατηρεί ενεργεί συνδρομητική υπηρεσία στο Foody (“Foody Pro”), με την εξαργύρωση του κωδικού, θα δικαιούται δυο (2) μήνες δωρεάν συνδρομή στο Spotify Premium.

2. Ενεργοποίηση Δοκιμής:
   1. Η δωρεάν δοκιμή στο Spotify Premium θα ενεργοποιείται μέσω του μοναδικού συνδέσμου που παρέχεται από το Spotify.
   2. Η ενεργοποίηση υπόκειται στις τυπικές διαδικασίες εγγραφής και επαλήθευσης του Spotify καθώς επίσης και στους Όρους Χρήσης του Spotify.
   3. Χρήστης ο οποίος διατηρεί ήδη ενεργή συνδρομή Spotify Premium ή υπήρξε προηγουμένως συνδρομητής της υπηρεσίας Spotify Premium δεν δύναται να επωφεληθεί από την παρούσα καμπάνια. 

3. Διάρκεια:
   1. Ως ημερομηνία έναρξης της καμπάνιας ορίζεται η 18/02/2026 και ημερομηνία λήξης για την εξαργύρωση του κωδικού που θα λάβουν οι χρήστες του Foody ορίζεται η 30/04/2026.
   2. Η συνδρομή Spotify Premium θα ενεργοποιείται άμεσα με την εξαργύρωση του κουπονιού και θα παραμένει σε ισχύ για δυο (2) ή τρεις (3) μήνες αναλόγως της ύπαρξης συνδρομητικής υπηρεσίας Foody Pro, όπως περιγράφεται ανωτέρω.

4. Πληρωμή και Συνδρομή Spotify:
   1. Για την εξαργύρωση του κουπονιού και την ενεργοποίηση της συνδρομητικής υπηρεσίας Spotify Premium θα χρειαστεί να καταχωρήσετε στοιχεία πληρωμής.
   2. Μετά την λήξη της δωρεάν περιόδου, η συνδρομή ανανεώνεται αυτόματα και χρεώνεται το αντίστοιχο ποσό του Spotify Premium ανά κύκλο χρέωσης, εκτός αν ακυρωθεί από τον χρήστη πριν τη λήξη της δωρεάν περιόδου, όπως ορίζεται στους Όρους Χρήσης του Spotify.

5. Περιορισμοί:
   1. Η προσφορά ισχύει για κατοίκους Κύπρου ηλικίας 18 ετών και άνω.
   2. Η παρούσα προσφορά δεν συνδυάζεται με άλλες προσφορές Spotify ή Foody, εκτός αν αναφέρεται ρητά.
   3. Κάθε δικαιούχος κωδικού κι αντίστοιχα κάθε Χρήστης του Foody δύναται να εξαργυρώσει ένα (1) κωδικό. 
   4. Το Foody και το Spotify δεν ευθύνονται για τυχόν τεχνικά προβλήματα που εμποδίζουν την ενεργοποίηση ή τη χρήση της δοκιμής.
   5. Η παρούσα προσφορά ισχύει για περιορισμένο χρονικό διάστημα και μέχρι εξαντλήσεως συγκεκριμένου αριθμού κωδικών.
   6. Κωδικός ο οποίος έχει κλαπεί ή λανθασμένα χρησιμοποιεί δεν αντικαθίσταται και το Foody δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη. 
   7. Κωδικός ο οποίος έχει αποσταλεί σε Χρήστη ο οποίος διατηρεί ήδη ενεργή συνδρομή Spotify Premium ή υπήρξε προηγουμένως συνδρομητής της υπηρεσίας Spotify Premium δεν μπορεί να εξαργυρωθεί ούτε να ενεργοποιηθεί.

6. Τροποποιήσεις Spotify: Το Spotify μπορεί να αλλάξει τους δικούς του όρους ή τιμές. Το Foody δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για αλλαγές στην πολιτική ή λειτουργία του Spotify.

7. Προστασία Δεδομένων: Σε περίπτωση που ο χρήστης επιλέξει να εξαργυρώσει τον μοναδικό κωδικό Spotify Premium, η διαδικασία εξαργύρωσης πραγματοποιείται απευθείας μέσω της πλατφόρμας του Spotify.

Με την εξαργύρωση του κωδικού, ο χρήστης αναγνωρίζει και αποδέχεται ότι:

• δεσμεύεται από τους Όρους Χρήσης και την Πολιτική Απορρήτου του Spotify,
• τυχόν προσωπικά δεδομένα που παρέχει στο πλαίσιο της εγγραφής ή χρήσης της υπηρεσίας Spotify συλλέγονται και υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία απευθείας από το Spotify, σύμφωνα με τη δική του Πολιτική Απορρήτου.

Το Foody δεν διαβιβάζει προσωπικά δεδομένα χρηστών στο Spotify για σκοπούς της παρούσας Καμπάνιας.

Σε περίπτωση που ο χρήστης δεν προχωρήσει σε εξαργύρωση του κωδικού, κανένα προσωπικό του δεδομένο δεν κοινοποιείται στο Spotify στο πλαίσιο της συγκεκριμένης καμπάνιας.

8. Ανάκληση Συνεργασίας – Τροποποίηση Όρων: 
   1. Το Foody διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ανακαλέσει τη συνεργασία με το Spotify, να τροποποιήσει μονομερώς τους όρους της καμπάνιας, να συντομεύσει ή να παρατείνει τη διάρκειά της, καθώς και να αλλάξει, αναβάλει ή ματαιώσει την καμπάνια.
   2. Τυχόν αλλαγές θα ανακοινώνονται στην ιστοσελίδα της εταιρείας (www.foody.com.cy) και θα ισχύουν από την ημερομηνία δημοσίευσης.
   3. Η χρήση της συνδρομητικής υπηρεσίας Spotify Premium pro διέπεται από τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις Χρήσης που βρίσκονται διαθέσιμοι στην διεύθυνση https://www.spotify.com/cy/legal/end-user-agreement/.

9. To Foody ουδεμία ευθύνη ή άλλη υποχρέωση έχει μετά την αποστολή των κωδικών προς τους Χρήστες. 

10. Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο: Οι όροι της παρούσας καμπάνιας διέπονται από το δίκαιο της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας και για την επίλυση οποιασδήποτε διαφοράς, αρμόδια είναι τα Δικαστήρια της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

Terms & Conditions of the “Foody x Spotify” Collaboration

Foody collaborates with Spotify within the framework of the “Foody x Spotify” partnership (hereinafter also referred to as the “offer” or “campaign”) in order to offer its Users a free Spotify Premium subscription.

Foody users will receive, at the email address associated with their Foody account, a unique code which they can use via the dedicated Spotify link to activate the free Spotify Premium subscription.

1.1. Each Foody User who maintains an active subscription service with Foody (“Foody Pro”), upon redeeming the code, will be entitled to three (3) months of free Spotify Premium subscription.

1.2. Each Foody User who does not maintain an active subscription service with Foody (“Foody Pro”), upon redeeming the code, will be entitled to two (2) months of free Spotify Premium subscription.

2. Activation of the Trial:

2.1. The free Spotify Premium trial will be activated via the unique link provided by Spotify.
2.2. Activation is subject to Spotify’s standard registration and verification procedures, as well as Spotify’s Terms of Use.
2.3. A User who already maintains an active Spotify Premium subscription or has previously been a subscriber to the Spotify Premium service is not eligible to benefit from the present campaign.

3. Duration:

3.1. The campaign start date is defined as 18/02/2026, and the end date for redeeming the code received by Foody users is defined as 30/04/2026.
3.2. The Spotify Premium subscription will be activated immediately upon redemption of the voucher and will remain valid for two (2) or three (3) months, depending on the existence of a Foody Pro subscription, as described above.

4. Payment and Spotify Subscription:

4.1. In order to redeem the voucher and activate the Spotify Premium subscription service, you will be required to enter payment details.
4.2. After the expiration of the free period, the subscription will automatically renew and the corresponding Spotify Premium amount will be charged per billing cycle, unless cancelled by the user before the end of the free period, as provided in Spotify’s Terms of Use.

5. Restrictions:

5.1. The offer is valid for residents of Cyprus aged 18 and over.
5.2. This offer cannot be combined with other Spotify or Foody offers, unless explicitly stated.
5.3. Each eligible code holder, and correspondingly each Foody User, may redeem one (1) code.
5.4. Foody and Spotify are not responsible for any technical issues that prevent the activation or use of the trial.
5.5. This offer is valid for a limited period of time and until a specific number of codes are exhausted.
5.6. A code that has been stolen or incorrectly used will not be replaced, and Foody bears no responsibility.
5.7. A code that has been sent to a User who already maintains an active Spotify Premium subscription or who has previously been a subscriber to the Spotify Premium service cannot be redeemed or activated.

6. Spotify Modifications: Spotify may change its own terms or prices. Foody bears no responsibility for changes to Spotify’s policy or operation.

7. Data Protection: If the user chooses to redeem the unique Spotify Premium code, the redemption process is carried out directly through Spotify’s platform.

By redeeming the code, the user acknowledges and accepts that:

• they are bound by Spotify’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy,
• any personal data provided within the context of registration or use of the Spotify service are collected and processed directly by Spotify, in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

Foody does not transfer users’ personal data to Spotify for the purposes of this Campaign.

If the user does not proceed with redeeming the code, none of their personal data are shared with Spotify within the context of this specific campaign.

8. Withdrawal of Collaboration – Modification of Terms:

8.1. Foody reserves the right to withdraw from the collaboration with Spotify, to unilaterally modify the terms of the campaign, to shorten or extend its duration, as well as to change, postpone, or cancel the campaign.
8.2. Any changes will be announced on the company’s website (www.foody.com.cy) and will apply from the date of publication.
8.3. The use of the Spotify Premium subscription service is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use available at: https://www.spotify.com/cy/legal/end-user-agreement/.

9. Foody bears no responsibility or other obligation after the dispatch of the codes to the Users.

10. Applicable Law: The terms of the present campaign are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and for the resolution of any dispute, the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction.
