Our Team is looking for great people to join our Customer Support for Night Shift.

What you will do:
- Provide live support and customer service via phone, email and chat with Customers and Stores
- Communicate with Customers & Stores
- Monitoring the delivery
- Provide feedback on the process and how it can be improved
What we would like to see:
- A good fit with the culture of our team
- An excellent relationship with technology
- As a lot of our work is done in English, an excellent level of both Greek and English is required
- A degree is not required for this position
We are looking for part-time. The role is for work outside office hours – daily evenings (16:00 – 00:00) and on weekend days. The compensating payment can be seen in the table below.
