The Customer Service role:
- Provide live support and customer service via phone, email and chat with Customers and Restaurants
- Communicate with Customers and Restaurants
- Ability to provide solutions to both customers and Restaurants with diligence
- Provide feedback on the process and how it can be improved
The role is between the hours 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
The requirements for this position are quite simple:
- A good fit with the culture of our team
- An excellent relationship with technology
- A good level in English (as a lot of our work is done in English), and excellent level in Greek is required
- A degree is not required for this position
