Bank of Cyprus x Foody Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
   This promotion provides eligible cardholders of the Bank of Cyprus Public Co Ltd (the “Bank of Cyprus”) as described in paragraph 3 below with a Foody Pro discount coupon granting a 100% discount on the subscription fee for the “Foody Pro” subscription service (the “Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan”) for a period of six (6) months, as determined in accordance with the applicable pricing policy. The relevant pricing information is available in the Foody Pro section of your user profile on Foody.

The “Foody Pro” subscription service allows subscribers to receive deliveries of products from selected partner Stores through the Foody platform without any delivery service charge (“delivery fee”), provided that the orders fall within the applicable delivery radius and meet the minimum basket value specified separately for each Store. Subscribers may also receive additional benefits and discounts, as determined from time to time by Foody under the Subscription.

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion will be effective from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
   
3. Eligibility Criteria
   To be eligible and redeem the Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan you must:

• Be a holder of a valid credit or debit card issued by Bank of Cyprus for personal use who has reached the age of eighteen (18) at the time of participation in this promotion (the “Cardholder/s”), excluding holders of business cards and cardholders who only hold cards linked to accounts in a currency other than Euro.

• Spend a minimum cumulative total of €100 in eligible transactions using your Bank of Cyprus eligible card(s) during the Promotion Period. The €100 refers to total cumulative spend during the Promotion Period and does not need to be completed in a single transaction. Transactions relating to payments to government authorities, automatic payment orders, Bank of Cyprus charges such as payment of card subscription fees, PIN reprinting fees etc.,  money transfers (meaning any movement of funds initiated by a Bank of Cyprus customer whether domestic or crossborder, such as peer to peer transfers, bank transfers, AFT transactions, OCT transactions) and transfers to or from digital wallets or utility service providers shall not qualify as eligible transactions.
• Not having an active Foody Pro subscription at the time of enrollment. This offer applies only to new Foody Pro users and users whose Foody Pro subscriptions have expired.

• The first 300,000 Cardholders who reach the minimum cumulative spend of €100 will be eligible to receive the Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan. Priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Redemption Process
   Eligible Cardholders will receive the Foody Pro discount coupon through the Bank of Cyprus Antamivi application, Bank of Cyprus mobile app and Internet Banking.
   
   To redeem the Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan:
   
   • You must click the unique activation link provided through the Bank of Cyprus Antamivi application under the “Coupons” section, or through the Bank of Cyprus mobile app or Bank of Cyprus Internet Banking.
     
   • You must log in to an existing Foody account or create a new Foody account.
     
   • You must complete the redemption process through the Foody Pro registration page.

• To activate the Foody Pro subscription service, you will be required to provide your payment details. Upon completion of the Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan, the subscription will automatically renew for the subsequent billing cycle, unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms.

5. The redemption of the Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan must be completed no later than 30 April 2026. After this date, the offer will expire.
   
6. Subscription Renewal
   At the end of the six (6) month free period, your Foody Pro subscription will automatically renew as a paid monthly subscription at Foody’s standard monthly fee, unless you cancel prior to the renewal date in accordance with Foody’s Subscription Service Terms and Conditions.
   
7. Usage Restrictions
   
   • The Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan is available for one-time personal use only per eligible Cardholder.
     
   • The offer is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products or services.
     
   • The offer cannot be combined with other Foody Pro promotions unless expressly stated.
     
8. Applicable Terms
   The Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan is subject to Foody’s Subscription Service Terms & Conditions , Privacy Policy and Foody’s Terms of Use, as amended from time to time. By redeeming the offer, you agree to be bound by those terms. The terms governing the Foody Subscription Service may be modified unilaterally by Foody, in accordance with the applicable Foody Pro Special Terms, which are posted on the Foody Website. The Bank of Cyprus shall not be liable for any changes, modifications, or amendments made by Foody to the Foody Subscription Service terms, including the Foody Pro Special Terms, nor for any consequences arising from such modifications.
   
9. Exclusion of liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank of Cyprus is not liable for any harm, loss or damage to any person or property that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the acceptance, possession or use of the Foody Pro 6-Month Free Plan.

10. Fraud and Abuse
    Foody and Bank of Cyprus reserve the right to disqualify any participant in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, tampering, misuse of the promotion, violation of applicable terms, or technical errors affecting the integrity of the promotion.
    
11. Technical Issues
    If the activation link does not function properly or you experience any issues with redemption, you should contact Foody Customer Support via the Foody app or the FAQ section.
    
12. Modification or Termination
    Bank of Cyprus and/or Foody reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

13. Applicable Law: The terms of the present campaign are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and for the resolution of any dispute, the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction.
