Hey there! We are looking for great people to join our Customer Service for Day Shift team here at Foody  🙂

The Customer Service role: 

  • Provide live support and customer service via phone, email and chat with Customers and Restaurants
  • Communicate with Customers and Restaurants
  • Ability to provide solutions to both customers and Restaurants with diligence
  • Provide feedback on the process and how it can be improved

The role is between the hours 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.

The requirements for this position are quite simple:

  • A good fit with the culture of our team
  • An excellent relationship with technology
  • A good level in English (as a lot of our work is done in English), and excellent level in Greek is required 
  • A degree is not required for this position
