When will my order be delivered?

Monday – Friday Orders
Orders placed until 13:00, are delivered the same working day during the time slot 14:30 – 19:00. 

Orders placed after 13:00, are delivered the next working day.    

Saturday Orders
Saturday orders placed until 12:00, are delivered the same working day during the time slot 13:00 – 17:00.

Orders placed after 12:00 are delivered on Monday during the time slot 14:30 – 19:00.

Sunday Orders
Orders placed on Sunday are delivered on Monday during the time slot 14:30 – 19:00.

We deliver Monday – Saturday.

Our delivery person will contact you by phone when delivering in your area, to confirm that someone is available to accept your order.

How do you deliver your orders?

All of Foodsaver’s orders are delivered using trucks equipped with refrigerators and freezers, so that the temperature of handling and storing products is controlled. This ensures the freshness and quality of frozen, chilled and dry foods.

What happens if one of the items I have ordered is out of stock?

You will be notified by Foodsaver through a phone call about stock shortage, giving you the option to select something else. If you decide not to replace the out of stock item with something else, your card will be credited with the difference. Please permit for 3-4 working days for your card to be credited with the difference.

Why is the checkout cost of my Foody order different from the actual Foodsaver ticket price?

Some of the products are weighted items. This means that the actual cost for these products is only identified when the product is weighed and bought. The prices on Foody for these weighted items is only indicative. If you have placed weighted products in your order, Foody will give you an indication of a total which may differ from the actual final cost of order.

If the final cost of your order is lower than what you have paid on Foody, then your card will be credited with the difference. Please permit 3-4 working days for your card to be credited with the difference.

If the final cost of your order is higher than what you have paid on Foody, then you will be notified via phone call to approve an extra charge to your card.

What if an item is missing from my order?

The procedure is followed carefully to avoid such incidents. Due to the workload though, such an event is possible. If so, please send an email at [email protected], clearly specifying your Foody order number to confirm and return the product’s price difference. You can also call Foodsaver at the numbers found in the last question. Please permit 3-4 working days for your card to be credited.

What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?

Please send an email at [email protected] to let them know of any errors in your order. Please remember to add your Foody order number. You can also call Foodsaver at the numbers found in the last question.

Can I add a product that is not found in the product list of Foody, but I know that exists in the Foodsaver stores range?

Yes, you can add an item to your Foody order by writing the name and the quantity of the item you would like Foodsaver to include in your order, under Foody comments. If the item is in stock, it will be added to your order. You will receive a telephone call from us in order to approve the extra charge to your card.

Can I amend or add something to my order?

Yes, you can add something if your order has not been prepared yet. Changes to an order can only be done by calling the relevant shop. You can call Foodsaver at the numbers found in the last question.

Unfortunately, no changes can be made to an order after an order has been prepared for dispatch.

How can I get the Foodsaver Shop & Win Loyalty Scheme Points that are relevant to my Foody order?

You can get your points by sending an email at [email protected] with a photo of your Foodsaver receipt, the Foody order number and the phone number that your loyalty card has been registered to. You can also call Foodsaver at the numbers found in the last question.
